Work Offshore cannot guarantee
any person employment
We are in the business of delivering
resumes of suitable applicants matched to employer vacancies; all hiring decisions
remain the choice of and is entirely at the sole discretion of
the employer, company, project manager or hiring agency.
Work Offshore has no control over any employer’s hiring or
selection process: employment at all times is entirely dependent
on the qualifications, skills and experience of each individual
applicant.
Resumes are submitted to employers strictly on the basis that
all details of subscribers qualifications, skills, references,
periods of service and experience as supplied by applicants are
correct in all detail at the time of registration.
Work
Offshore reserve the right to reject all job applications and
registration without notification or explanation including
those which do
not comply with our mandatory request to use our online service
on the Work Offshore website.
All
emailed job applications may be deleted at the server without review or explanation.
Applications
containing viruses, are in excess of 200kb, have
multiple documents including scanned certificates,
qualifications, or contain zipped or executable files will be
deleted without notice.
Any
resume
activity report supplied to assist applicants is strictly confidential;
such activity reports will be supplied to job applicants only at
the written request of the employer.
Resume
activity reports must not be copied, altered, resold or hired to any
other entity, person, corporation or agent or agency without our
written
permission.
All
applicants are required to use their private email to protect
their privacy: Work
Offshore will not be responsible for any breaches of privacy or
confidentiality or for any job loss, dismissal or loss of income
where should the applicant has used or supplied a company
email for contact, registration or correspondence purposes.
Work
Offshore retains the right to refuse to provide free resources:
to insert contact details, rename, reformat, spell check any
application or resume that is not submitted in accordance with
our registration guidelines.
Due to
initial high cost of individual job research plus administration
costs we require all fees for services to be payable strictly in
advance.
Subscribers must have a current
private email account as a condition of
this service; it is the responsibility of the subscriber to
maintain this account or advise of any change of address.
Subscribers
must be fully paid up members before access to
details of any alterations to applicants resumes, key words,
benchmarking results or other performance methods used by Work
Offshore to improve job search results are available to the
applicant.
All
response and correspondence will be via email only; this is to retain
and protect the subscribers confidential status and ensure rapid response across time
zones.
Our company policy is not to disclose or discuss over the phone
with individuals any job applications progress or current project status; this is due to the
highly confidential commercial nature of client information and
to deny unauthorised access or unintentional disclosure of
subscriber’s personal details.
We reserve the right to refuse our services to unsuitable
individuals or when we believe we are unable to assist that
person to gain employment.
Equal opportunity policy; all applicants with the correct skill
sets will be submitted to relevant client vacancies, projects or bid
proposals.
We
reserve the right to refuse to register or reject any job application:
this includes resume without the requested or relevant skills
without notice
Subscribers
utilising our free standard service may be deleted without notice from our database
after thirty days of registration at the discretion of Work
Offshore personnel.
For the purposes outlined in this agreement all communication
will be in English, Work Offshore will not be liable for the
production, delivery, translation or interpretation of any
documents or communication in to applicants in languages other than
the English language.
Currency: Payment of all fees shall be in United States Dollars;
payment in other currencies will be subject to prior arrangement
with applicants and must be confirmed in
writing.
Payment
other than by credit card will not be accepted unless with prior
arrangement and management permission.
